Voice Mail - Treo Forums

I recently changed the number on my 700wx. Now when I have voice mail and hit the "Listen" softkey(L) it dials my old number. Is there a way to edit this?

This happened to me earlier this week. I had to call Tech Support. It was basically a reset back to "fresh out the box" status. Erased everything I had too!! I thought I did a sync to back up my things, but apparently I didn't. Just call tech support.

So they had you do a hard reset to remedy the problem?

Sort of. They had me enter in some code in the dial pad...started with ##. It then took me to where I had to enter my phone number and the MSID. I then hit save and it reset.
