I am using IGuidance. came as a package with USGlobalSat Bt-338 Rcvr.
$25 for the software (package px). Works fine for me, but then I am a new usere and have no experience with any other.
My only complaint is that it, apparently, will not work with just any digital map (such as topos).
I don't know if this is the best, but I use Tom-Tom. I have used it for several years on my older palm device. The version I use with my Treo is version 6.0. It has the entire US and Canada maps on the card. Very easy to use and will get you everywhere.
I've used both CoPilot Live 6 and TomTom 5. I'd highly recommend TomTom 6. TomTom is one of the few products that received our highest rating of 5 stars. (see TomTom review). Kevin also reviewed CoPilot Live 6.
