If you are still looking, I can certainly vouch for the Plantronics 510 as the best of the three I've tried on my 700w; others were Jabra BT200 and the HBH-300 from I forget who.

I also have this headset. Although it is somewhat larger than others, I like it because it comes with a "leash" that allows me to wear it around my neck when I am not on a call.
I would also recommend against getting a headset that vibrates, as my previous Motorola model did. It seemed like a good idea when I bought it, but it felt like one of those old buzzers that kids used as a joke when shaking hands. It was really, um, shocking...
