I have a Plantronics Voyager 510. Works great. I got it from amazon.com for $54.99.

Come on now, support Cris here. Buy from the ET store as long as price is competitive.

I have the Plantronics Explorer 320. Since I'm kind of on a budget right now, it's a good one for the price. I've tested some of the more expensive ones in the store, and there are others with greater distances (check out Chris's reviews by using the Reviews link at the top of the page).

Default Plantronics Voyager 510

I have the Plantronics Voyager... and I swear by it. I tried the Motorola one that is so popular and also tried a model by Jabra.

The Voyager by far has the best volume and is the most comfortable. Very reasonably priced too!

I just got the Motorola H700 from the ET Store. I like it so far.

I have had the Sony Ericsson HBH-662 for a couple of weeks. Works great! I use a Jabra ear gel piece which magnifies the sound. No static. I am very happy with it.

I tried the Motorola H850 but sound was lousy -- low volume and static. I also tried the Plantronics Discovery 640 but I could not get the ear piece to stay in my ear with out the headset flopping around. I was also told by those I talked to on the other end that there was lots of static.

Default BT headset

I have the Jabra BT150. Whle it works very satisfactorily, it's sometimes difficult to keep it in position. If I had it to do over, I'd pay more attention to this factor. One of our network people tells me that Motorola has a good quality one that stays put.
