While Browsing The Net How To View On One Page Without Scrolling So Much

Hi I Saw A Post One Time Re:about A User Wanting To View The Net Webpages, But Not Always Having To Scroll < + > And Up And Down So Much. Is There Anyway I Can Have The Entire Page In One Nice View ? I Hope I Said This Right

I dont mean to be facetious hear, but . .
you have a 5 x5 cm screen and the typical web page is what ? 600 by 800 pixels or so.
you might be able to shrink it down but the size of the magnifier needed to see it would negate any benefit.
