Default Windows Mobile 5.0 backward compatibility
Do older Pocket PC apps work on Windows Mobile 5.0 ? I find it difficult to shop for software when I can't tell if an app such as Scrabble will work on my 700w.

Ditto the same question. Also, is there a good list of updated software for WM5.0 and that is designed for the 240x240 Treo 700 screen?

You really have to check with each Software Manufacturer as far as I can tell. I had to contact the ones I have... They all know.
