So far no. The only 700 series Treo with WM 6 upgrade path is the 755. The consensus here is that it won't be available.

I think it's the new 755 but you might be right. I have the 700 wx. There are some new WM6 Rom's floating out there or Axims and other types of devices so Google and see what might be available for your phone.
