Default Windows Mobile Update for Sprint?

We have some TREO 700wx phones operating on windows mobile 5.0. There is enough traffic out there using MS Office07 that we are getting attachments say Word07 which cannot be opened and error out on the current OS. I assume that an upgrade to WindowsMobile 6.0 or 6.1 might solve this issue, but don't know of all the various versions out there if Sprint is ready for this upgrade. I have contacted Sprint but have yet to receive an answer. Any thoughts? Larry J

Larry Sprint, nor any other company I'm aware of, is planning a WM6 update for the 700's. I believe AT&T as the upgrade for their 750w, but that's it. It looks very good that Sprint will be coming out with a 800w in July. It will have WM6.1.

you want the trimmed version. as the full version has addon's and lots of bugs.
