Wireless Sync icon moves positions in toolbar

Does anyone else have this situation? About every other time the Wireless Sync runs it moves one position to the left. Initially it started on the very far right of the lower toolbar. The next time I turn on the phone or a few times after it Sync'ed I notice the icon is one position to the left from where it was. Right now it is in the bottom middle of the toolbar. Who knows where it will be in the morning when I turn on the phone.

Happens to me as well and I was wondering why. Verizon Tech Support had no answer either. I'm having so many wierd issues with the phone tech support is sending me a new one after doing 3 hard resets. The phone constantly locks up in the menus and quits responding, activesync stops syncing even though I log onto the website and it shows that it should be syncing because the website has the syncs, battery doesn't last a day, battery takes forever to charge in the car, often when I try to dial a number it locks up in the dialing window even though I have full signal and I have to do a soft reset by pulling the battery, the USB connects then disconnects constantly when attached, and for some reason the voicemail quick dial icon always shows one voicemail.

But even after all that, I am way to dependant upon the phone to dump it.
