Wireless sync icon stays on bottom toolbar I think when I first had the phone the Today screen ran all the way down to just above the Messaging and Menu buttons. I only had it like that for 20 minutes because I installed the Startup CD and it installed Wireless Sync. I like the Wireless Sync as it gets me my email every 20 minutes and that is fun; however, it now sits permanently on the Today screen in a toolbar on the bottom and this takes away from one row of display (where I can view another Appointment or row of SpeedDial buttons). The icon for Wireless Sync is also in the upper toolbar or I can get to it from the Start Menu so I don't want it on the bottom toolbar. Is there a way to remove this from the bottom toolbar? I have Magic Button running and have tried to choose "Hide when inactive" on the Wireless Sync program but this just closes the icon in the upper toolbar when the program is inactive.
Although I just used Magic Button to forcefully exit the Wireless Sync program after confirming that I understand this might cause issues with my changes, etc. but, for the first time, I have a full-screen on the Today screen (however, Wireless Sync is not running so it won't deliver my emails). I guess I have to either have my wireless sync active OR be able to see the whole Today screen. Anyone? |
