Perhaps I need to reset or something but compared to my 650, the screen refresh is super slow...help....

if your device is slow in refreshing youi may have a bunch of programs active in the background holding onto memory. tap the ok button and hold briefly until a dialog box for open programs and close all the programs except for phone or even close it. Also if you are on line a lot you need to clear your browser of temporary interet files that should free up memory and speed up system performance. You also get a third party program to manage memory and close programs when you hit the X Hope this helps

I'm still working thorugh some of the issues. Probably my biggest annoyance is a delay that occurrs from when I push the button to answer the phone and when the caller can actually be heard (2-4 seconds) It causes some initial confusion between my callers and me.

seemy lat post in this thread for a possible solution also if you have ATT then you may need to apply the audio driver update patch the problem may be the number of programs using the audio driver at the same time is overloading the driver and thats whats causing the delay in answering. Check it out and see if that helps.

help i keep getting this error message and all my contacts are gone!! i just plugged t into the pc to try and get them back but the WMDC says error... what do i do???? this is not good!!

check the computer and outlook if all your contacts are in outlook then worst case scenario you do a hard reset and then sync through wdmc andf all is wel with your contacts. Take a deep breath but don't hyperventilate.
