either the settings are not right or something is disconnecting you after you have gotten on the web. Are your settings from Rogers correct. Have you spoken with their customer support or tech support and explained the issue? I will try to do some hunting in the user guide to see if it offers any help. Also you might check the palm and microsoft knowledge bases to see if they offer any help. Just a thought

Yeah I spoke with Rogers, they gave me their settings: APN:internet.com - User name:wapuser1 - password: wap - I enter all this and the Connectivity icon at the top of the screen (G with two arrows) tells me that I'm connected to the network but still no web browsing. I tried looking in the Palm and Microsoft websites but didn't find anything specifically for my problem. Maybe I'm just not looking in the right place.

You cany access any pages on the internet is that correct it tells you connection lost? I have looked through the user guide and cant find anything it talks about some pages on the web have content thats not supported like flash etc but nothing about connection lost your sure you have internet service and can log in apparently just not connect to any other page on the web. That still sounds like a settings issue but could be a hardware issue I guess. I keep thinking and looking thru the guide. Keep us posted as to progress on your end.

    Found the answer on howardforums.com:

Cingular has hard coded their WAP proxy in the registry. If someone has the same problem, you can remove the registry setting here:
