    Default 750 Vs. Insurance

Ok, I've been hearing a lot but not getting any answers. Cingular doesn't seem to insure the 750 is this a correct statement or not? and if it doesn't then does anyone know where I could get insurance for my 750?

Cingular does not insure pda/smartphones like the treo at all. As far as other insurance do a search on google and you can find several possibilities "pda insurance" or smartphone insurance either one.

Sometimes the best insurance is a good protective case, and an almost anal sense of overprotectiveness. I cringe at even small bumps to my Treo.

    Informative Self Insure Young man

Fodder for the discussion. Insurance really isn't worth it. You pay about $7-8 a month, and then have a deductable, and then on top of that they "give" you a refubed phone.

Self insure is my advice.

well when Sprint or Verizon get the 750 if they do their insurance might be a vaible option to having to buy a new phone but with cingular there is no insurance available. I have never checked out any of the options on insurance as to cost so I'm not sure what it works out to in the terms of the cost per month.

    Default No Problem

I think that insurance is the best thing to get regardless of the deductible. I pay my insurance company money every month, if I have an accident with my car I pay a deductible and then I get the same car back (refurbished) so really there is no difference I think, the best thing is that I still have a phone. So that is the main reason I think. But to each his or her own!!! Thanks everyone.
