Hi, sometimes when I try to redial missed calls my 750 will lock up and I have to take the battery out. Does this happen to anybody else. Is there a better way to reset it than taking out the battery?

Everytime I sync. my treo with my desktop, everything goes fine except when it is done, treo would jump one hour, so instead of 8 it shows 9 am. Although my computer is at same time as the treo is, before sync. Treo does go back to normal 'time' when somebody calls me (network update)
