I dont have outlook 2007 and when I installed active sync it recognized my 750 right off the bat and it syncs just fine knock on wood. First time I have ever installed active sync and had it work without days of headache dealing with HP and or micosoft. I am happy. Have you looked in the user guide about troubleshooting or gone to palm.com knowledge base or microsoft knowledge base for possible solutions.

I solved the problem with the Treo being recognized by turning off the advanced setting under the PC to Phone.
My next problem is that when the phone rings, there is a break in the ring tone. In other words, the phone first rings, then goes quiet for several seconds before it picks up again. Is it the ring tone I selected or there is a feature I have to turn on. Plus whats this i hear about call volumes and clarity. Mine is lower than on my 650. What gives. I am not sending it back though.I love the phone otherwise.
Lastly, I performed the HSDPA hack this morning. 850 is what I am getting. Down to 790 last I checked this afternoon.

the hsdpa hack is an applet which will allow the 750 to use hsdpa which is the higher speed 3g network. right now if you have 3G with ATT its the lower high speed UMTS
