Active Sync Reversible?

I could sure use some help here..Had my laptop stolen and had to sync my 750 to a different PC. The Outlook data on my phone was newer than the data in Outlook on the PC. After syncing, all the newer pim data (calendar, contacts, tasks) on my phone were overwritten (erased) with the older data from the PC. (Had hoped to just update the PC data with the phone data) Is there ANYWAY to recover the phone data???

probably not before you do a sync you need to check your settings on how the sync is set to work just to me on the safe side.
