Default Anyone know what to do with a frozen screen?

I have had real bad luck with my treos, I read that they were the best on the market so I bought a 650 online directly from Palm. This one fell on the floor and smashed so I bought a new one but decided to upgrade to the 750 mainly because of WM.

I have had to change the phone 4 times because it stopped recognising the sim card, then the sound went and now my newest problem... the screen has frozen.

I can use the keys but the stylus does not work. I was told to reset it which I did but now I cannot reconfigure the screen with the stylus because it does not work....

Please can ANYONE help?

Try removing the battery for a while a see if that makes any difference. If you are trying to reconfigure the screen i will assume that you did a hard reset ?

Palm.com has a download to fix the sound problem, have you tried doing a soft reset when it freezes? (the reset button is inside where the SDcard goes in, just press it once quickly & the Treo will reset) I have to reset mine from time to time. Also if it freezes often, press & hold the OK button until the manager comes up & tell it to STOP ALL...this frees up some of the phone. If your touch screen is not working & the restart doesnt help I would contact Palm to see if they know what is wrong or it could be just a bad phone. But the sound issue has effected many people. http://www.palm.com/us/support/treo/treo750att/ and look under Downloads you will see Audio Alerts Update, if you do decide to do a hard restart instead of a soft one you will have to redownload the Audio Alerts Update afterwords. Hope this helps, that website along with this one has really helped me.
