Appts on Palm TREO 750 1 hour late HELP

I have a Palm TREO 750 running Windows Mobile 5.0 and a desktop running the 32 bit version of Windows Vista.
I have downloaded DST updates from Microsoft for Mobile 5.0 and Vista. My desktop appointment times are are correct. (I did have to deselect the adjust for daylight savings time button).
The appointments sync to my Palm but they are an hour later on the Palm. If I set a new appointment on the Palm it shows up an hour later on the desktop.

I unchecked to adjust for DST which corrected the desktop appointments and holidays. If I check to adjust for DST, the desktop is off an hour. Whether or not it is checked, when I sync it to my device, the device does not have the correct time. The device is off by 1 hour. It is the device that is not reflecting the correct time, the desktop is correct. I am at my wits end what can I do ???

Sounds like you input all your appointments when you PC was not adjusted for daylight savings. So when you adjust, it shifts the appointments. The patch on the Treo already adjusted it's side.

Did you ever apply the new DST times to your PC?

That may correct your issue. Otherwise, you can try setting both the Treo and PC to adjust, then correcting the appt time on the PC and resync. Just make sure they are both patched first!

A hard reset and a reinstall of the DST update on the device fixed the problem. Thanks for your advice
