At&t Treo 750 for Cingular service provider?

Like the title said, i came accross this great deal for almost new AT&T Treo750 i think (only $200) and now i'm trying to sell it to a person with cingular service provider.. will the AT&T phone work with his Cingular simcard??? or do i have to unlock it?

any information will be appreciated. I tried googling it but didn't get the exact answer I needed.

keep your phone,, they are the same. The 750 will work with the both at&t and cingular sim cards

im keeping my phone, its just i can make an extra profit buying the phone for 200 and re-selling it. i already have a buyer but he has Cingular service but the phone is from AT&T.
