I read somewhere that deleting the temp folder in the windows directory on the 700w might resolve this issue. Has anyone heard about that?

If your device "Looks for changes" or runs "Synchronizing" for a long time, or if ActiveSync takes an extremely long time to complete, it could be due to files in the Windows Temp directory. Try the steps described in the Palm Knowledge Library article ActiveSync process takes a very long time, or appears to freeze at 'Looking for changes' on desktop PC.
