System Tools or Repair Bloody Hell...Treo 700...grrr

I could really use some help on this one. I manage a lobby company that uses both the 700p and 700w (windows mobile) systems. Both are giving me a real pain when it comes to active sync. I get them working for a while then they act up again.
On the 700p Active sync has just shut itself off...no longer showin its icon next to the clock. A restart of the program and it was up and running for two weeks. Then the user account configured for it just disapeared? Has anyone seen this before and what did you do.
On the 700w I had to upgrade the firmware just to get to act like a palm and then it has been erradict with Active Sync. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't for no reason. Anyone with some ideas? I did delete the Temp files too.

    Help!

    Default 750p

What is a 750p? What country are you in? Can we in the USA hold out any hope that there will eventually be a 750p for us?

well every wm device or pocket pc has always given me a two or three day headache setting up active sync. Its why I went back to palm os for my first smartphone and my second. I hope your problems are no indicative of problems with active sync in the treos as well.

I actually had this problem with a Palm Treo 650 and the Desktop software on my home computer! No longer was the activesync icon in the tray, and launching it from program files resulted in nothing!!!! I re-installed the software and it never happened again. . . I am sure if this is happening on a large scale, this could really be frustrating . .

Posting before your coffee again? ActiveSync is a Windows Mobile app. I think you're referring to Hotsync Manager... :tounge:

I actually re installed after the wireless sync icon disapeared the first time from below next to the clock. Both of the 700p and 700w are using the wireless sync program and are having sync issues but for different reasons?
