caller ID - Treo Forums

Sometimes, not always, when I have an incoming call, the ID screen does not display. Although the phone is ringing, the TODAY screen remains on display. I ALWAYS want to see who is calling. What must I do to get to the ID screen when there is an incoming call? Thanks.

Click Start, settings,phone, services, caller id. Set the radio button to everyone. Hope it helps

Thanks for the information. It was already set at "everyone" when I viewed the setting for the caller id screen. It is working find today, although I have not had that many calls. I will wait to see what happens. Thanks again.

I would suggestthat its slow probably due to memmory usage. Remember that the x button on WM5 does not close the application so its still using memory. At the today screen press and hold the ok button and a list of active programs comes up turn them off and your caller id box will come up quicker in my experience. Hope this helps you too.
