Default Can anyone help me?

I am currently using a Treo 600 and all my data is on Palm desktop. I want to purchase a Treo 750 and sync all my data into it (FYI--I don't use Outlook.) Will a sync transfer all my data into the new Treo 750, or will I lose some or all of it?

Ala...never thought of that...

Since the 750 will be running windows mobile, will there be any changes made to the palm desktop program that could cause any problems syncing, old info from palm OS(treo600) to windows mobile(new 750) ?

Frist, thanks for your reply to my question. Just so I understand your reply... all my data from my old desktop will likely transfer into the new 750 desktop.

Your current Treo runs Palm OS...the new 750 will run Windows Mobile, I assume that Data will transfer no problem, but you never know...

I was hoping that someone with a 750, that previously has a 600 or 650 would reply...if there were any problems with the data transfer, perhaps this has been addressed in another thread here...

Hello alalicea,

This is Kevin from Palm, Inc. This is only informational, as the Treo 750 has only been released overseas at this point, and the only reference is the UK Palm Inc. Support page for the 750. It's likely the scenario is basically the same, just wanted to add the disclaimer. That said, take a look at the UK's Support for Windows Mobile page. The link "Upgrading from a Palm™ OS device to a Palm™ Windows Mobile® Treo™" should address your questions fairly well.

Sincerely
Kevin

Thanks for your help... if I read the inormation on this link correctly, it implies I will be (under normal circumstances) to sync my data and not lose it.
