    System Tools or Repair Can hear other person but

    I can hear the other person when I call someone but they can't hear me. What could be wrong? When I turn on the speakerphone I get static and they still cant hear me, but yet I can listen to music and other things.

    Is it on all calls or just some calls. Have you done a soft reset? Is your device on wm5 or 6 ? 5 had an audio issue that there was an update for but the 6.0 update was supposed to have cured that.
