Can this phone be saved?

My TREO 750 is nine days past warranty.

Over the past few days it has been experiencing escalating problems. First locking up using the start button.

I was having to do a soft reset several times last week.

One day, somehow, I did a hard reset.

Now the phone is really screwed up and really won't work for more than a few minutes. It gets stuck on the Palm screen, etc. including after hard reset.

Or, if it gets past hard reset, it stalls again when it has to reboot after the initial set up.

I've NEVER installed third party software of any kind.

Any suggestions? I really do like the phone and it is cost prohibitive to get another.

If it is getting stuck on the Palm screen, then I suggest replacement time.
