Can't answer phone on 750

I have a Treo 750 and sometimes, when the phone rings, I can keep pushing the answer button but it won't do anything. I have tried other buttons with the same result. Any ideas or suggestions>????:embarassed:

Can you explain that a little further?? When it rings, I hit the answer button and nothing happens. I have tried hitting it again, and also the green button and the menu button but nothing happens. It does stop ringing but continues to announce who is calling but won't let me answer.

geordie97, you may wanna try the soft reset. This may resolve your issue. It basically refreshes your phone.

open the miniSD cover, you should see the reset hole there and press it with your stylus...

You can also take out the battery and place it back again...

What I meant with my comment is this its a windown device and you may have a bunch of programs running in the background and your memory may be spread thin and theres may be a bit of a lag in getting to you hitting the answer button and then when you kepp tryting other buttons you are probably adding to the delay in the answer button working. When you are done with an app and want the memory released you should close the app not just minimize it by hitting the X.

Had the same problem My bluetooth headset went dead during a conversation When I tried to call that person back I was connecting but could not hear anything almost like it wasn't connecting Anyway, after a soft reset, problem went away I hope that helps
