Can't sync w/Exchange server

Hey Guys,
So I bit the bullet and moved away from Palm OS (maybe). I wanted to give the new 750 a spin. I'm unable to ActiveSync w/our company's Exchange server and am looking for a little help.
As far as I know I've entered all the correct info to sync but it will not connect. I keep getting the same error:

ActiveSync encountered a problem on the server.
Support code: 0x85010001

Any ideas?

P.S. It has always worked like a charm on my 650 w/Versamail.

Yours is the only instance of that code that I could find in ET. Have you talked with your IT guys or microsoft. I know interminable hold with MS is no fun been there done that everytime i have had to install active sync on a new pocket pc but sometimes you got to do what you got to do.

I'm waiting to speak with our IT department to see what they come up with. It's been suggested elsewhere that I invest in a cheap SSL certificate from such places as godaddy.com. This has apparently solved the problem instantly for others.
