   |  Can't sync w/Exchange server Hey Guys, So I bit the bullet and moved away from Palm OS (maybe). I wanted to give the new 750 a spin. I'm unable to ActiveSync w/our company's Exchange server and am looking for a little help. As far as I know I've entered all the correct info to sync but it will not connect. I keep getting the same error: ActiveSync encountered a problem on the server. Support code: 0x85010001 Any ideas? P.S. It has always worked like a charm on my 650 w/Versamail.

 | Yours is the only instance of that code that I could find in ET. Have you talked with your IT guys or microsoft. I know interminable hold with MS is no fun been there done that everytime i have had to install active sync on a new pocket pc but sometimes you got to do what you got to do. |

| I'm waiting to speak with our IT department to see what they come up with. It's been suggested elsewhere that I invest in a cheap SSL certificate from such places as godaddy.com. This has apparently solved the problem instantly for others.
