Cingular Message Starter

I signed up for Cingular message starter, an additional feature that allows you 200 text message a month for five bucks. I have used 139 but my bill for last month shows I am being charged 13.60 additional for text messaging. My question is how is this possible and is there more to this feature than I was led to believe.

Also, does one need to sign up for Cingular Xpress mail to receive my emails. I currently use Bellsouth as my email service and I receive those ok.

I think it is 200 total (incoming and outgoing), you might want to check and confirm. You might have sent 139 out, but how many did you receive?

I have the PDA Xpress package and they told me that the text message, and all MMS are calculated by outgoing and incoming. So yeah, it kinda sucks considering that I pay 6 bucks to Sprint and it's unlimited but I have 1000 text messages and I thought was way over last month but I had only used about 600. So there is an advantage to some of the packages other then Cingular taking your money....LOL
