See the thread entitled: Let's start a new one: Treo 750. It's in layman's terms.

I can add this: I have had very few complaints and the longer I've owned it, the better I like it! I'm tired of waiting for the Treo 750...ask me again when the 750 is actually on the streets in the States. Then I'll be green with envy.

So far, the Jabra BT 800 all the way. I have another thread going at pocketpcaddict that goes into more details. I am waiting on a couple of new ones and once I have them tested, I intend to review all of the headsets I tried out (just relative to hearing aid compatibility and use).

    HAPPY HOLIDAYS, EVERYONE!

Just another questioin about your experience with Cingular 8525...
I currently use a Treo 600 Palm OS... do you know, based on your expeience, will I be able to transfer my Palm desktop data into the 8525 MS Mobile without a hitch or do you think I will loose some or all of the data (contacts, calendar, etc.)?

I got tired of waiting for the 750 to come out and bought the 8525... I am happy with it so far. I did have to buy a third party software to import my Palm info into the 8525 and that worked fairly well. I am also slowly getting use to the difference between Palm OS and MS OS... but that is only a matter of my time and patience. The 8525 is a good PDA and a very good phone... so, yes... I'm happy with it.

If there had been the prospect of a Palm OS Treo 750 soon after the release of the WinOS Treo 750... I might have been tempted to wait.

    Hope all this is helpful.

alilicea, I had an 8100 and it was a terrible phone, so I gave it up and went back to carrying a PDA and phone again. I had read on cnet that the 8525 was a poor phone as well. Myabe it is my location, Cleveland area, but I will make another attempt with the 750 when it is released.
