For your friend, is she listed in your address book with the full 10 digit number?

    To change your main ringtone:
START > SETTINGS > SOUNDS & NOTIFICATIONS > NOTIFICATIONS tab

Select a sound for KNOWN CALLER (people in your address book) and UNKOWN CALLER (not in your address book)

You can also edit an address book entry and use the RINGTONE field to set a custom ring for that person.

    Hiya,

Sometimes, numbers that are duplicated come up as an 'unknown number' as the phone does not know which one you would rather it display. Unsure if this is the case, but it may be worth doing a search on that specific number just in case.
