Delete Email Accounts

I have Active Synch Email set-up with my old company Outlook email. I just started with a new company and am trying to add their Outlook email. It looks like I can only add one Outlook account, but I cannot delete the old one or edit the user name in the old account. Does anyone know how to do this?

Also, my contacts were also set up to synch with my old Outlook Contacts and I do not want to lose the Contacts on my phone. I want to be able to synch the Contacts on my phone to my new Outlook.

EDIT - I read another post about how to delete email accounts and I highlight my Outlook account and the delete option appears, but it is grayed out and does not work.
