i am syncing with Exchange 2K3 SP2, and it works well. Emails typically reach my 750 before they hit my desktop.
I was however wondering if I can tell it to sync certain sub-folders(contacts) in my Contact list. Right now it seems to sync all of them. I do see this option for Inbox sub-folders, but not for Contacts.
If this isn't possible, one workaround is to use Categories on the 750 Contacts app, and only have it display Personal, or Business, as an example.
