Don't have an Accura, but BT connectivity is BT connectivity.
Set your Accura BT device to be "discoverable". (Consult your docs for how to on this.)
In the Treo BT settings, search for devices. When it finds the Accura device, you shold be able to select it and pair. Most likely, you will have to enter a "pairing code" to make them handshake.
Again, consult your Accura docs to get your BT pairing code. If you can't locate it, try "0000" as many headsets use this as a default pairing code.

i have it pairs but before it finishes it just resets... on an acura board a few people said the treo are known not to work well with acuras but i havent got anymore help with that.

Have you upgraded to WM6? BT seems a bit better in the new OS.

its because you punched in the wrong code. this happend to me on my 08 maxima. remember that when you are entering the pairing code you have to hit the option key twice to lock it on the number not letter. for example my pairing code is 1-2-3-4 and i didnt press the option key twice so i was entering e-r-t-d. that was a careless mistake and it took me two months to figure it out.

HAHAHA!!! I'm only laughing because I did the same thing! Fortunately, it only took me an afternoon to figure it out.
Never had the issue with my headset though becuase it used 0000 which works with or without the option key pressed. You're right though, if it's anything other than zeros, you gotta press the option key.

i wish it was that. i thought about that the 2nd time i entered the code, so i used the on screen touch keyboard with the stylis instead to punch in the numbers and yea still no dice.. i will try and upgrade to wm6 maybe that will help.
