HELP I have a treo in Spanish and need to have it in English - Treo Forums

Voafone Spain are saying they do not have this phone in an english version.
I do not beleive that there is not some way of converting it to english with a disc or something. I know I live in Spain and although i can understand a=the lingo and survive I would like to complexity of this machine to be worked in my native tongue so I can get a good useage from t.

Can anyone help meplease???????

You should be able to do a hard reset then after the palm screen it will ask you what language you want to device in.

Does anyone please have the telephone number for Palm. Maybe I can call them and ask how to change the setting.
All of the manuals I have here are of course Spanish.

Well if you go online to the palm site for north america you shoould be able to go to the english site and get a mnaul in pdf format downloaded and printed and look it up that way or get the number for palm customer service or do an on line chat or something to get it figured out. let us know if you have solved the problem.

Can you not order it from Palm UK or Vodaphone UK in English version I note that Palm spain does not even offer it the link on their site directs you toi expansys.net in UK with prices in Euros which look pretty reasonable for what the 750 will probably go for later this month assuming release date rumors are true. What's you current situation. Please get back with us.

did you try the hard reset or just go back into the basic setup and check the language for english instead of spanish or espanol.
