| Please be more specific if you'd like some help. I had some issues with Vista and the Mobile Device Center. The very problem could be the downloaded version of Mobile Device Center, for example there are 2 different kinds: 32 bit and 64 bit. Where did you encounter the problem initially? How are you trying to sync, by a usb cable or bluetooth wirelessly? |

| If you're using a laptop, you should be able to get it working, though the manual for the 750 does say something like "we don't recommend you use any usb side ports." In other words, you're going to get better results using a desktop.
I was able to use my 750 with Mobile device center downloaded on my laptop and I also used the usb cable. So, you can get it working, it's just a pain to do in the beginning.
Did you already set up a partnership? Does your laptop recgonize your 750, vice versa? |

| You may need to uninstall the mobile device center and then re install it. If there is still trouble, try a soft reset. There should be a symbol on your phone in the top status area (the one that says you have service and looks like a g or a u with arrows.) If there is no other partnership with your phone and the laptop, do you at least see that your symbol has turned to two horizontal arrows, going in opposite directions? That should at least mean your phone recognizes the laptop. |

| Hi...
I've been trying to make it work and nothing happens... I did unistall and re install the windows mobile 6.1 32 bits twice, and doesn't reconize the Treo... The funny thing is I had and external HDD with MP3 and pics conected to the laptop and the sync manager did reconize it instantly... But nothing with the Treo...
Please, do you have any idea???
Thanks!!! |

| Try This... 1) Make sure the usb cable is securly connected to the computer and the treo 750.
2) Close Mobile Device Center and then re open the program to see if it connects.
3) Do a soft reset on your Treo. (There is nothing unusual about performing a soft reset. It is like shutting down and restarting any computer so it's normal) Re start Mobile Device Center and see if they are connecting now.
Hope this works, good luck. |

| you might try a different usb cable. some times my usb does not start as for about 10 seconds. I use my 750 cable sometimes and a 650 usb cable with the wide connector that the power connects into and I have a usb synch and charge that works with 650 and 650 and in between. Its usually at home with my home computer. The usb cable may have a bad connection bent pin or somrthing like that. |
