How do I turn off voice notification of an incoming call?

When receiving a call, I get a voice telling me the name of the contact or the phone number. How do i turn this off and simply stick with a ring tone.

Start>Settings>Voice Command - highlight phone, click options, uncheck the announce incoming calls box
