A couple of ways. I take it you are using Active Stynk, an excellent application if there ever was one. I take it you are probably using eReader and that you have an external card in your device.
Bluetooth: I am a Bluetooth user, just hate cables. You can use the USB cable if that floats the boat. Same procedure. On the storage card there just might be a folder called "My Documents." Within that folder just might be a folder called "Peanut Press." Peanut Press is the folder where eReader ebook files live on the device.
With Active Stynk running, you can click on the Windows Mobile Device application, select the card option (the other option is the device itself), then go to the "My Documents" / "Peanut Press" folder and commence playing the cut/paste ritual.
You can also do it via the Active Stynk sync ritual, but that takes a little more effort, 'cause on the desktop you have to copy the file to the appropriate folder on the desktop, then sync, then move it once it hits the device, and so forth. For a lazy person or even one who has better things to do, this is really a waste of time. The cut/paste in the above paragraph works faster.
So yes, you can go drag or you can go cut/paste via the files option within Active Stynk Mobile Device.
