Default I need to free up internal memory

In looking at some other posts I am seeing that you can move some programs from internal memory to the expansion card. Can someone tell me how to do this. I have a treo 750 with windows mobile 6. Is there a way to see how the internal memory is being used?

yiou can see how much memory is being used easily but not how much memory each program is using Theres nothing like windows task manager that I am aware of. tap and hold ok will show you memory in use and free on the storage card and main memory. The user guide page 232 (wm6) says with the card in the slot start programs select file or app to be moved menu edit copy or edit cut go to folder where you want the file or program moved to press menu edit paste and then press ok

Thank you for your help. You mentioned a user guide. Where can I find that?

WM6 user guide is here: http://palmone.r3h.net/downloads.pal...t_UGupdate.pdf

Also, if you're running low on free memory, delete your temporary internet files. This is often the culprit of low memory messages and slow running.

Go into Pocket IE, Menu>Tools>Options>Memory>Delete Files.

The user guide for the 750 is on the installation cd if you have a wm6 device that is where to find it the wm6 for wm5 devices is where fastlerners post directs you.

Applications such as MemMaid and SKTools are good at managing memory and doing routine maintenance. As for applications, most will install to the card, some will not. I routinely install to the card and during the installation process, if it requires installation in main memory, a prompt will normally be displayed. The big difference is launch time and for the most part, with a good card, launch time is not normally significant.
