 |  installing prc files? (noob user) hello, i'm a new user, and i'm having difficulty installing prc files, like tom-tom for instance, but i'm not sure if it is because they are not compatable with my phone or if it is because i'm not doing something right, some help and or guidence would be greatly appreciated, thanks  |

| Ummm....the 750 is a Windows based device. PRC files are Palm Operating System. They aren't going to work. You need to install Windows compatible programs. SteveTaz

| Is there not a tiny little program that lets one run Palm applications on the Windoz devices? That is the first place to start looking at. It will run most Palm applications... Ben

| Sure, there is a Palm emulator for Windows Mobile. You can go grab it at Styletap.com for about $50. In the end you'll probably be better off just finding WM apps that do what you want. For instance, this guy is trying to get tomtom going. (I shudder to think of that trying to run in an emulator. Or worse, trying to get support with that configuration.) TomTom has a version for Windows Mobile devices.
