Internet connecting automatically??

Hi,
I just got the 750 and am still figuring out everything. My internet will connect automatically after I have disconnected it, usually 3-4 minutes later or so. Fortunately I have the unlimited data package or I would be charged for being on the internet a lot without even knowing it. The way I can tell is the two little arrows are under the G symbol at the top of the Today page. Is there something I need to change in order to stop this or is this normal? Thanks for any help you can give. Also, I have a MyWay email account that I can't access due to browser security. Is there a way to change this on my phone also? Thanks for all the help you can give.

What other programs have you installed on your Treo ? Do any of them need to access the internet.? With your Email account check the setting to see how often it connects to the internet. Mine defaults to every 15 Mins. Also make sure that when you finish using a program that connects to the net make sure that you stop the program (Hold OK Button down to see running programs)
