Is there a way to lock volume buttons?

I frequently manage to turn off my ringer accidentally by touching the side buttons... Is there a way to 'lock' them so I can't accidently turn the ringer off. Had this phone since they were introduced and this is my biggest complaint. I am considering putting a dab of epoxy on them so they can't be depressed. Am I alone in this??

Not that I aware of. I have that problem a lot in getting the flip top case off the belt iI tend to hit the lower volume button. Another problem is remembereing to switch off of silent after I get out of a meeting or court!

I think I am going to carefully put a couple coats of nail polish on them.

Great news! I have about 5 coats of clear nail polish on the buttons... They will NEVER work again.... Problem solved
