Default Just a couple issues with the 750

After 2 or so weeks with my 750 I have found a couple issues that I need help with.

1 – The volume buttons on occasion when pushed will bring up the battery status instead of volume adjustment and the only way that I have found to bring back the actual function of these buttons is a soft reset.

2 – On occasion sync with Active Sync will not work unless I turn off the phone and then turn it back on again, this issue is very random.

3 – And this one is of importance, using Xpressmail set up in POP3 form with a personal Comcast account, I can find no way of actually having my name come up in the “from” field. It just has my email address. Every client that I have has asked about this after I have had to contact them asking why they haven’t responded to email. Their response is that they don’t know who it is and they won’t read it. Does anyone know how to change this setting so that my name comes up instead of my email address?

Other then that, the phone has exceeded my expectations.

    Mike

I am not sure as tio issue number 1 have you looked in the user guide? I will also look as see if I find anything
#2 I have not experienced this with the 750 I experienced it numerous times with a journada 567 and cassxiopeia E200 pocket pcs's several years ago.
#3 I would make sure that you have the settings right for comcasrt and maybe open a free email account at gamil or something and see if that account has the same problems. If not then its probably the comcast account. I have see quite a few posts in the various device forums here at ET relating to comcast issues
