just spoke with AT&T rep regarding WM6 for treo 750

I was talking to AT&T business customer service regarding my account. Before i got off the phone i asked a question regarding the availability of WM6 for the treo 750. He said the upgrade is out and available to all thier retail stores in effort to upgrade the existing stock of Treo 750 with WM5 to WM6 in preperation for the arrival of the new TREO 750 with WM6 included. Once the above mentioned is complied with, the upgrade for existing users will hit the perverbial shelves...

hey thanks for the update. That would appeare to mean that the release is imminent. I wonder if the build will be the same as the leaked build 17746.0.2.4 lor a little newer with anything added on or just more stable. I havent really had any problems in the past three weeks I think I have reset once.

I was at the AT&T corperate dealer today doing a relocation because i am moving to a different state. They told me that the following link is for the download of WM6 and will ba active no later than this coming friday night at midnight. Please take this for what it's worth.

this is a conversation i had with a palm tech support window last night... I am not sure if it confirms or deny's the situation. I forwarded it to the cingular rep who gave me the link and he has sent it up to corperate and is waiting confirmation to which he will forward back to me.
