letters U,J,N doesnt work

the keys U,J,N on my treo doesnt work, to write these letters i have to use the keyboard on the screen. how can i fix these problem? thanx

someone told me to do a ''complete restablishment'' or sometghing like that just by pressing the off bottom and reset, what would happen if i do that?

You may a physical problem with the keyboard it may have shifted or the keyboard may have gone bad. You can open it up and check the connector to see if its come loose or the keyboard has shifted and is not aligned or you may have some lint or dust interrupting the opeartion of those keys.

My 800W did the same with the same keys - the pad shifted and the unit was subsequently replaced.
