Default Long Distance or Not - How to use a Calling Card

What is the easiest way of using a pinless calling card with my Palm Treo 750?
I don't want to enter either the calling card access phone # or the destination phone # manually.
My province in Canada will be requiring hands free soon so everything technically must be voice activated and my bluetooth headset does supports this.
My Treo is synchronized with my Office Outlook as the source.
We have VOIP so that calls to anywhere in North America only require the area code and phone #.
Thanks in advance.
