Memory Card for 750

Hopefully this will be a rather easy question to answer. In my zeal and excitement at finally getting my Treo 750, I find that my memory card is nearly full of things I simply don't need.
Question:
Is there a 'Format' function for the memory card anywhere?

i formatted mine with the computer in a 32 format. go to computer, then right click memory card and format

I just wish it were that simple. When I right-click the card, the only options I get are 'Explore' 'Open' and 'Properties'. I thought there was some built-in way to do it. I guess my alternative is gonna be to just delete everything one by one.

Put the card in your computer. Go to "Start" "my Computer" Highlight the card. Right click on it Select format.

make sure that the slide button on the side of the card is not locked.
