Menu 'contacts' problem

Hi there, I cannot open my contacts from the start menu. When I click nothing happens, it just takes me back to the screen. I can use the search function to find a contact but how do I see the full list of contacts? Hope someone can help. Cheers Tina

Have you looked at the settings that control button selection? Maybe at one time the application for that button got changed.
