I know this might be late, but you can also check the web connection settings. When I had problems with my MMS it was actually a connection issue to where the server name and password we not found in my connections settings. For information on how to get the right settings you can log in to your ATT account and go through the MMS tech FAQ's.

Well.................. not really. Now I have a problem starting media player.
When I try to play music, the phone locks up and I have to re-boot. everything else works. I haven't had time to go back to AT&T as yet.
