Music in the car?

With an iPhone you can plug it in your car (using the adapter) and listen to it like an iPod. Is there an option for this with the TREO?

Sure. Pick up a hybrid adapter. On one end will be the proprietary treo audio connector, and the other will have a standard headphone jack.

The hybrid adapters also have a microphone and answer/end button built in so you can take a call while connected to your stereo and hear the other party through your stereo speakers.
