my treo 750

I 'm owner of treo 750.
I should like to know if it is normal my phone battery is always hot.
I tryed upgrade to mobile 6, but was impossible because the download of the upgrade stopped after 20 seconds.
Besides all the sounds are very low.
what can I do?

The battery can definitely become warm when under a load. This may happen if you're browsing the web or synching your email a lot.

Power usage definitely seems to be more efficient under WM6. I'll send you some links so you can get upgraded. Check your PMs.

there are posts in a thread that will explain how to do the upgrade you need to be connected to ac power and your cant disconnect during the update. The instructions should be read and followed exactly or it wont work. There is a recovery tool at palm.com which will allow you to start over in the upgrade process. The wm6 update should cure the low volume issue.

I don't know why my old upgrade didn't work. I downloaded the software from the palm website and I followed all the instructions. May be my phone is unlucky. thank you again:foot:

Not sure why the link wouldn't open. I checked my sent message and I could click on the link and it opened no problem.

Today my phone while on charger gave a message saying that the battery was too cold and it would therefor stop charging, it was 75 degrees in the office.????
